This name is so fitting for this young woman.
For those who know Miriam, I’m sure you would agree when I say she is literally like an angel sent from above that now walks this earth. Her heart is so big, so generous, so loving. Her hope stands secure in God, one look at her and you just know that He takes up so much space in her heart that nothing could separate her from it. She is so beautiful yet so humble, she is smart, athletic, bold, gentle, kind, confident, goofy, God-fearing, and overall, just an incredible human being.
We discussed doing her senior pictures back in July, and the second she brought up her family’s cabin in Fairfield and she showed me her grandfather’s backyard that opened up to the mountains, I knew we just had to do her senior pictures there. Not only was it gorgeous, but it would be so meaningful too! We spent two days exploring and dancing and laughing and taking selfies, we stayed up late talking about what she wants to do after college, and overall it was such an honor to be able to capture Miriam during her senior year.
Miriam, God truly has blessed you for your servant’s heart and love for him, and I know that he will continue to bless everything you set your mind out to do. I love you so much, and have loved watching you grow and mature into this amazing woman this last year!

Exquisite photos Makayla! I’m so impressed with your artistic eye. I love how you managed to capture her inner beauty as much as her outer beauty in a story told through the lens. Any senior would be crazy not to consider you for senior portraits. So personal! Most of these belong in a magazine or on a billboard. Nicely done!
