“Wait, we get ice cream?!?”

Geoff’s face lit up as I climbed into the back of their car and told them the plan for the evening. Kayla smiled and chuckled from the front seat as we headed towards Hyde Park. It’s always good when the man is excited for our pictures- what better way to win them over than with food?

I sat down with Kayla and Geoff a few weeks ago to have coffee and hear about their story. I’ve known Kayla for a very long time, and listening to her tell the proposal story made me grin from ear to ear; I don’t know any man on this earth who is as perfect for her as Geoff is. She has waited patiently for the day when she met the man she’d spend the rest of her life with, and God has clearly rewarded her with someone incredible who cherishes her in every way. As they fed each other ice cream sundaes, smeared whipped cream on each other’s noses, danced in the middle of the Village under the lights, and laughed with each other, my heart was so incredibly happy. Geoff is willing to do anything and everything for his gorgeous bride-to-be, and Kayla looks at Geoff with such adoring eyes I think I swooned at least 15 times whenever I saw them gazing at each other. GAH I just can’t even stand how lucky I am to be able to witness timeless moments like these!
